By accessing or using Woado (woado.com), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Woado is a collectibles tracking platform that provides market price estimates, collection management, and marketplace search links for diecast cars, model planes, trading cards, action figures, and other collectibles.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Woado.
  • One person may not maintain more than one account.

4. User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (model data, comments, reviews).
  • You grant Woado a license to display your public content on the platform.
  • You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
  • Woado reserves the right to remove content that violates these terms.

5. Pricing Data Disclaimer

Market prices displayed on Woado are estimates based on publicly available marketplace data. Prices may not reflect current market conditions. Always verify prices directly on the marketplace before making purchase or sale decisions. Woado is not responsible for financial losses resulting from reliance on displayed price data.

6. Marketplace Feature (Coming Soon)

When the marketplace feature launches, additional terms will apply regarding buying, selling, and user verification requirements.

7. Subscription Plans

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Woado name, logo, and platform design are owned by Woado. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Woado is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from price data or marketplace transactions.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Woado after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
